Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of any faulty or incorrect items within one working day of delivery. The item must then be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Once your return arrives at our returns center, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items bought at a discount or with a promotional offer
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@oola.co.za.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping amount will not be included in the refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location and our stock quantities.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
